Gluten Free Cream of Chicken
Substitute this gluten free version of cream of chicken soup in your favorite recipes!
Ingredients
- 0.75 cup chicken broth
- 0.75 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
Steps
Stir together chicken broth, milk, and cornstarch in a saucepan until the cornstarch is completely dissolved.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Reduce heat to medium-low; continue to cook and stir until mixture is very thick, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
Note: Replaces one can of cream of chicken soup in recipes. Use in casseroles, soups, and more!
