Steps

  1. Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, asparagus, brussels sprouts, zucchini, squash, bell peppers, snap peas, mushrooms, spinach, kale.

  2. Steam it, roast it, sauté it, grill it, eat it raw! Add your favorite seasonings, herbs, and sauces.
